These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of KidNCode's Website, located at KidNCode.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use kidncode.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1. Eligibility: KidNCode is open to children aged 6 to 18 years old.

1.2. Registration: To enroll, visit our website at kidncode.com and complete the registration form. You’ll receive confirmation upon successful registration.

1.3. Flexible Enrollment: KidNCode provides month-to-month courses with no long-term contracts or obligations.

2. Curriculum and Classes

2.1. Coding Education: Our curriculum emphasizes coding, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Students will learn programming languages, AI, and web development blend with some Yoga and Meditation classes.

2.2. Class Schedule: Classes are held weekly, and parents can choose from various time slots.

2.3. Equipment Use: KidNCode provides laptops and equipment for use during class. Students are expected to use the devices responsibly, following the instructor’s guidelines. Accessing or downloading content unrelated to the course is prohibited.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1. Respect: We expect students to treat their peers, teachers, and equipment with respect.

3.2. Safety: Safety is our priority. Students must follow safety guidelines during hands-on activities.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Tuition: Tuition fees are outlined on our website. Payment is due before the start of each term.

5. Liability and Waiver

5.1. Liability: KidNCode is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during classes or events.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1. Cancellation by Parents/Guardians:

  • If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, please notify us at least four weeks before the start of the term.
  • Cancellations made within the first two weeks of the term are eligible for a partial refund (minus any administrative fees).

8.2. Missed Classes:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If your child misses a class, parents can sign up for backup/recovery classes, which are held every weekend.

8.3. Termination by KidNCode:

  • KidNCode reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment due to repeated violations of the code of conduct or other serious reasons.
  • In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining classes.

9. Payment Methods and Auto-Pay

9.1. Accepted Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards only. Please ensure that your card information is up-to-date during enrollment.

9.2. Auto-Pay Setup:

  • Auto-pay Setup: Auto-pay will be automatically set up using the same payment method used during enrollment.
  • Mandatory: Enrolling in auto-pay is required for all customers.
  • Managing Payment Methods: You can manage your payment method by logging into the parent portal.

9.3. Billing Cycle and Prorated Payments:

  • Upon enrollment, a full monthly payment will be charged.
  • Billing cycle after enrollment will be processed between the 1st and 5th of every month.
  • If your child joins mid-month, any prorated amount for the remaining days will be credited toward the next month’s billing cycle.

10. Holiday Schedule

Our after-school program will observe and follow the holiday schedule of the local Independent School District (ISD). Therefore, we will be closed during all official holidays and breaks as designated by the local ISD calendar, including but not limited to:

  • Winter Break
  • Spring Break
  • National Holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day)
  • Other School Designated Holidays (e.g., Teacher Planning Days)

Please note that if the local ISD closes unexpectedly due to weather or other emergencies, our program will also be closed for the safety and convenience of all families. Make-up sessions or refunds will not be provided for holidays or unexpected closures, as outlined above.
